Condolences
I have the fondest memories of Brad. He was always smiling and laughing and quick to offer help. He was an extraordinary person who I admired greatly. He will be missed and our thoughts and prayers go out to his whole family. Sending our ❤️❤️❤️
I visited Brad & Gail last summer for a few days. Brad went out of his way to make sure I had a fantastic trip. We drove to Banff and Lake Louise, saw a show, had a nice dinner and had many great conversations. I admired the love Brad showed to his family and his ability to take care of everyone was heartwarming. I am very fortunate to have these cherished memories.
Brad was an incredible person who I will miss deeply. He was an inspiration to me. He always found the silver lining in every situation. He was always so kind and selfless. He had a way of making me feel special and he was always so interested in my life. Even though periods of time went by without talking, whenever we did chat, it was like no time had passed. Our conversations were always lengthy because he was so easy to talk to. He always made sure to ask about how everyone in my family was doing before he shared about his. When he spoke about Gail, it was very clear how much he adored her and that he and she were soulmates. He had so much love and respect for her. When he spoke about his sons, his voice radiated love and he beamed with pride. He told me, many times, how thankful he was for Gail, Mike and Jeff.
Brad was so interesting to talk to, because he had a wealth of knowledge that he loved to share and he had a sense of humor that made me laugh. Talking to Brad, was like having a therapy session as he was the best listener. I will cherish my memories of Brad and strive to possess some of his amazing attributes and live my life listening to his great advise. Sending my love to Gail, Mike and Jeff.
He was an extraordinarily good human being whose life, travels, friends and family were a testament to the things that defined him - intelligence, wisdom, compassion, an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and an unstoppable love for the people he cared for. I miss him every day.
Dear Gail and family,
I was extremely sadden to hear, today from the Toronto Esso annuitants club, of the passing of Brad. My deepest condolences to you, Gail and your family. I got to know Brad very well and we became good friends during our time that we both spent together working at Esso's Imperial Oil's, Ioco Refinery, in the mid-80's. I have memories of Brad giving me my first ride ever on a motorcycle, showing me how difficult it was to control a remote-controlled helicopter and that I should just stick to flying remote planes and also introducing me to his friends as new arrival in Vancouver. He was great co-worker as he was always willing to help in any way, when ever i asked. Brad was great and principled person and he will be deeply missed.

What a beautifully written obituary about Brad who lived his short life to its fullist. He and Gail travelled the globe and when at home
they did so many projects together with great success! Brad was always available to help anyone in need including myself for which I am grateful. I will surely miss him. He was a great brother-in-law and an amazing husband to Gail and sons Jeff and Mike.
Brad will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, What a great guy!
