Condolences
Dear John, David and Elizabeth,
We extend our deepest sympathy at the loss of your dear Mother, Julie. She was a wonderful lady and someone whom I looked up to as a young girl. She was my cousin and I have many fond memories of times spent with her in East Tawas, Michigan while we were growing up. Her house, along with her parents and your Aunt Sue and Aunt Nanette, was just to the south of our cottage and just to the north was our grandparents’ house, N.J. and Hila Crocker’s place. We would walk along the beach of Lake Huron to visit one place or the other. We still have the cottage in East Tawas and if ever any of you are in the area, you’re always welcome. Julie commented to a Facebook post I made just a couple weeks before her passing, which was Mother’s Day weekend, here in the United States. I was delighted to read her comment and acknowledged back that I had received it but didn’t hear back from her. I’m so glad we had that last correspondence.
May God surround you all with love, strength and peace as you grieve.
With much love,
Margo (Crocker) and Jerry Nielsen
Midland, Michigan
Susan and I are saddened by the news of Julie’s passing. We were privileged to have known her and I look back fondly on the years we worked together at Elbow Valley. She was a remarkable lady and a caring and talented teacher.
Our condolences go to Cled and family. May the many happy memories provide you with comfort during this time when the feelings of loss are so intense.
Goodnight, sweet Julia! I am deeply saddened to hear of your passing. I was privileged to work alongside of Julia -what wonderful, challenging, and growing teaching experiences we had with amazing young children and their families. Rarely does one meet such a talented and loving lady! I know how much Cled and her children and grandchildren meant to her. She will be missed! Dona nobis pacem - grant us peace- Until we meet again!
My condolences to Cled and family. I will always remember fondly our collective acting experiences with BraggArts.
