Heather Dawn Taylor of Calgary, AB, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the age of 33 years.

Heather was born in Edmonton, AB, on June 11, 1990. She was born at dawn.

Heather lived a life full of love.

She graduated from the PICAchef (Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts). Cooking was her love language and she thrived creatively in any kitchen.

Heather loved nature, the Pacific Ocean, hiking, and camping. Aside from being with her family, she was always happiest on the West Coast.

Heather was a true animal lover. Her favourite animals were all her golden retrievers, most especially Miley. Most of all, Heather loved being an auntie, a sister, a daughter, and a friend.

Heather’s favourite thing to say was “I love you.”

Heather is survived by her parents, Joanne and Christopher Taylor; sister and brother-in-law, Samantha and Mark, as well as her three nieces, Chloe, Ayla, and Hallie Neufeld; brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Sydney; her grandmother, Lisette Bertrand; her aunt, Ghislaine Walgren and family; and countless friends.

A Celebration of Heather’s Life will be held at RockPointe Church (255024 Lochend Rd, Calgary, AB) on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.
