Dear Cheryl, Russ, Myra and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most sad and difficult time. I have so many fond memories of my times with George at the club whether they were on the curling ice, in the lounge, in the fitness area or in the hallways. George always had a joke to share, posed questions about the kid’s were and a curling or golf or skiing coaching tip, depending on the season. Whenever you said bye to George, you always left with a smile. A true gentleman and treasured friend.
Take care
Ken
George was a terrific help to me when I started my teaching career back in 1967. I was fortunate to work with George for 3 years and his guidance was invaluable and his humour enjoyable. A tremendous person willing and ready to help all. He made a real contribution to many lives. Thanks George..
We enjoyed golfing with George and Cheryl at CH.
Our sincere condolences to Cheryl and the family.
