Although we only knew Joe and Ann for a brief period, the impact they have had in our lives was very significant. Ann with her open and welcoming manner , and Joe with his gentle presence, made my husband/father’s transition to Millrise so much easier. We will be forever grateful for that , and send our condolences to your whole family.

Such sad news. Joe and Ann were such wonderful neighbors in Deer Ridge. Our children were very close to both of them and Joe was like a Grandpa to them. Joe was always so happy with a big smile and such a warm personality.

It’s so hard to choose just one fond memory when there are so many. I will always cherish the good times we had growing up with auntie Ann and uncle Joe and Steve and Joanne. One of my favourite times in life is when I went to Calgary one summer to work for uncle Joe. I helped him and Steve build a house. I’ve never seen a harder working man in my life. I saw a whole different side of my uncle Joe that summer. You taught me a lot about what hard work means. And doing a good job. Iam forever grateful for what you taught me and showed me in life. Rest in peace Uncle. I love you

Joe was a delightful man, someone I was blessed to have as a next door neighbor for many years. Joe made everyone's life better by being part of it.
