I would like to extend our condolences on the loss of Fiona. Also, thank you for the beautifully written obituary which I read with

interest, noting all the areas where our paths intertwined.

Fiona and I were the same age , I too spent time travelling in Greece , lived near Cabbagetown in Toronto and drove a Beetle in the 70 's. Like Fiona, we weren't native born Albertans but emigrated here from somewhere else. We moved to Calgary in the early 80's from Toronto, also lived on Lake Midnapore and raised two daughters . Our daughters also took dance classe from Mrs. Filik at the dance studio at the 'barn' in near Father Lacombe and attended Midnapore elementary school. Our first computer was purchased from Fiona and KT,

Fiona was a special person - always had a sparkle when we met. May she rest in peace.
