Kimberly Dawn “Kim” Smoke of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at the age of 43 years.

Kim was born in Coaldale, AB, on November 6, 1980, to Lorna and George Smoke. Kim was a loving mother and daughter; she always tried her best to help and encourage others while going through so much herself. She was a strong independent woman, once she puts her mind to something, nothing could stop her.

She will be sadly missed by her amazing children, Samuel, Benjamin and Blaize; her mother Lorna Smoke, aunts, Beverly Southwind and Brenda Southwind; godson Kaneyen Manyshots, cousins, Sky Southwind, Kyle Southwind, Nolan Reimer, and Ryan Reimer; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Ashley Smoke, Tyler Southwind, Elroy Pantherbone, Louise Pantherbone; her father George Smoke, her aunt Gloria Southwind, grandparents, Martin and Joan Southwind; Harry Dumais, Edna Smoke, and Daniel Smoke; as well as stepfather John Flammand.

Wake Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive NE, Calgary, AB) on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive NE, Calgary, AB) on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
