Condolences
I was very sad to hear of Ron’s passing. Our deepest condolences to Doreen and family. Ron was a very regimented guy with all procedures and often pulled out the Army manual to show me what a proper procedure looked like. Loved his attitude just not when he gave it to me. What a great man to work with and be around. His name has often came up in conversation over the years he will be remembered for ever. RIP Ron.
Sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I worked for Ron for nearly ten years during Pragma/Canrig days. There are a few of us who like to think we earned a mini-MBA from the University of Pragma, and Ron was our professor. Whether we were driving around in his Jeep, smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee, or seated formally around the boardroom table, Ron always shared a lesson about fairness in the workplace. He probably wouldn't have called it this, but he taught me a lot about showing others grace. I remember his great big laugh. The way he always rubbed his back against the office door frame like a bear. I still remember the password to his computer (he was my business support person, I was his IT support person, lol). Thanks for the lessons, Ron. <3
Sorry to hear about Ron’s passing. We knew each other for many years as competitors in the Drilling industry and also worked together on many projects. You always knew where you stood with Ron and he never missed a chance to give his opinion or tell a funny story. I’ll miss that good hearty laugh of his.
My condolences to his family and friends.

Craig and I would like to express our deepest sympathy to Doreen, Rocky, Lee and families on the passing of Ron. I have very fond memories of how every fall your family would come and stay with our family so that Ron could drive the tractor during harvest. I know my dad really appreciated the help. Cherish your memories and know that we will be thinking of you. Take Care
Deepest condolences to Doreen and the Pengelly family, I have many great memories of Ron as I worked with him for many years, tough but fair and a straight shooter! RIP Ron

Doreen and family, cherish the many happy memories you have of a strong and loving husband, father and grandfather.
I have many memories of Ron and large family gatherings. Ron’s father, Orland Pengelly, had eight brothers and one sister. This made for many cousins! Ron was the oldest and biggest Pengelly cousin. His younger cousins viewed Ron with awe and respect throughout the numerous family gatherings. His bigger than life personality will always be in our memories.
My deepest condolences to Doreen, Rocky, Lee and family.
I had the pleasure of working with Ron and flying with him several times to the drilling rigs as well as to the US on business. He was a very dedicated family man as well as a true colleague. He always told things like it was. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him well.
