Sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I worked for Ron for nearly ten years during Pragma/Canrig days. There are a few of us who like to think we earned a mini-MBA from the University of Pragma, and Ron was our professor. Whether we were driving around in his Jeep, smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee, or seated formally around the boardroom table, Ron always shared a lesson about fairness in the workplace. He probably wouldn't have called it this, but he taught me a lot about showing others grace. I remember his great big laugh. The way he always rubbed his back against the office door frame like a bear. I still remember the password to his computer (he was my business support person, I was his IT support person, lol).
