I worked with Wayne for 20 Years at Mazeppa, what a great friend. We great vacations with him and Roberta that I will remember forever. African Trip to Kenya was the Best time.
What a sad day when he passed. Condolences from me and Daphne to Roberta and the Family.
We would like to express our sorrow on hearing the news of Wayne's passing and to pass on our condolences to Roberta and her family. Thank you Terri for that lovely obituary. As it happens I was thinking of Wayne just last week. I was telling a neighbour my favourite Jean Chretien joke( Wear the fox hat) that was told to me by Wayne. He was much better at telling the joke than me as he put much more emotion into the characters than I could. I too was a co-worker from the Mazeppa Gas Plant. As Don said, Wayne was a passionate man.He was passionate about his work and passionate about life. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have known him and to have benefited from his considerable knowledge and skills.

Our deepest, loving thoughts go out to you. We will always remember and cherish the wonderful times we shared. Being neighbors and friends for almost 39 years we always looked forward to our monthly lunches at the Legion, supper get togethers
and our chats over the fence. Thinking of you at this difficult time.

Sad to hear of the passing of Wayne, I thought he had two years not two weeks. I am one of the originals at Mazeppa so I knew Wayne well. He was passionate about what he believed in - just try talking politics - lol. Seriously though, when I would call Wayne out on a Saturday night to fix a problem, it would seem that I just hung up the phone and Wayne was at the plant. Before you knew it the problem was fixed, he knew the plant and its problems. Knowledgeable people such as Wayne are rare. We missed him at our last Mazeppa get together, he will be missed
Our condolences to Roberta and family, We always enjoyed Wayne as a neighbour and motorcycling friend. A fantastic individual who will be missed. Love Jim, Sharon & boys.
Wayne and I go back to our high school days in Winnipeg. We lost touch until this year when we connected on Skype and email. The opportunity to catch up and share a few laughs ended far too soon. My sincere condolences to Roberta and the entire family. Thank you Terri for all those wonderful memories of your father.
