Condolences
On behalf of my brother Rod, his wife Barb and myself we were very sorry to hear of Isabel's passing.
My mom, Elma Steele, also resided at Chartwell Harbours where she and Isabel became good friends. Rod, Barb and I visited mom frequently and got to know her friends quite well including Isabel. Isabel, as well as mom, really enjoyed the Friday Happy Hours at Harbours. I recall how Isabel loved the music and would like to get up and dance. I had the privilege of dancing with her a few times and her obvious joy and that smile were infectious. My mom's health was failing during her last few months at Harbours and Isabel came to visit her every evening without fail. Her visits were always appreciated. I enjoyed my time with Isabel and am thankful for the friendship and kindness she provided to mom.
We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Isabel's family and hope that the memories you have of her will bring you comfort and a smile.
Peggy, Rod and Barb
We are thinking & praying for your whole family for the loss of Auntie Isabel. We will hold tight to all our wonderful moments shared with her over the years. One of our favourites was watching her parasail on Lake Okanagan with her granddaughters on her 80th birthday!! She was smiling ear to ear. A great woman and an amazing Aunt that will be truly missed!

Our heartfelt blessings to the family of Aunt Isabel. She always brought such joy and love when she came into the room. She was an amazing sister to my Dad and they always made such lovely dance partners whenever they had the opportunity. We love you and will always cherish our memories of you.

Marilyn,
I was so sorry to read of your Mom's passing. I remember her well from all of your Birthday Parties as we were growing up; she was such a kind and pleasant lady. Speaking of your Birthday Parties, who could forget your brother Bruce being the entertainer and caller of bingo numbers as we played games!
My sincere condolences to you and your family; it's always difficult to lose someone you love, particularly your Mom.
