Obituary of Lyle Joseph MACPHERSON

MacPHERSON, Lyle Joseph April 1, 1956 – Sakville, NB July 31, 2014 – Calgary, AB Lyle beloved husband of Mona MacPherson (nee Kerr) of Calgary, AB passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at the age of 58 years. If asked what three words would best describe such a special man as Lyle they would be outgoing, passionate and a great outdoor enthusiast. His many hobbies included the following hunting, fishing, camping, family and friends, singing, music, and going home to PEI to see family and friends. Lyle began his careers as a bricklayer in 1975 and was the past president of Bricklayers Union Local #2 and current business agent Bricklayers Union Local #1. Lyle is survived by his loving wife Mona; his son Trevor; and his daughter Ellise; his mother Elva; and his siblings Cyril, Ralph (Marlene), Linda (Barry Shephard), Dorothy (Rick Bailey), Merrill (Brenda), Alex, Arthur (Victoria), Bruce (Rose Mary) and Beth (Darryl Constable) as well many nieces, Nephews and extended family. Lyle was predeceased by his father Stewart MacPherson; and his sister Darlene MacPherson. The family would like to express a special thank you to Lyle’s best friend Barry for all he ever meant to Lyle and to us.
