Obituary of Terry Lyle Enmark

Terry Enmark, beloved husband of the late Colette Marie Enmark, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at the age of 69 years.
Terry Lyle Enmark was born in Bienfait, SK, on September 2, 1955. He lived in Bienfait, SK, until 1980 when he and his family moved to Regina, SK. In July 1996, Terry and family moved on to their next adventure in Madison, WI, after a short time in Madison, they moved to Eden Prairie, MN, until May of 1999. At that time, Terry and his family then moved back to Canada and finally settled in Calgary, AB.
He graduated from the Estevan Comprehensive High School in Estevan, SK, on June 28, 1973. This is where he met the love of his life, Colette Marie Daniels, they were married on August 21, 1976.
Terry was a member of North American Electric Reliability Corporation and was employed at AESO in Calgary, AB. He was very proud of the work he accomplished while at the AESO.
He was an avid aviator and a member of EAA for many years. He received his Private Pilot Licence on February 22, 1982. From this point on, he was focused on being in the air, which was his second love after family.
He will be most remembered for his barbecuing, prime rib, love (and sometimes hate) of NFL football, and being a Saskatchewan Roughriders fan.
Terry is survived by his two sons, Kyle Enmark and daughter-in-law Christina of Carstairs, AB, and Kane Enmark of Calgary; and grandchild Katherine of Carstairs, AB.
He is also survived by his sister Patti (David) and her son Nicholas Darlington of St. Albert, AB; two sisters-in-law, Yvette (Don) Yuzak of Estevan, SK, and Kim (Randy) Fuglerud of Medicine Hat, AB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Terry was predeceased by his wife Colette in 2023, his parents, Merv and Kay Enmark, sister Lori, and brother Tim.
Terry also wanted to acknowledge all his medical doctors who extended his time with his family and friends. Specifically, Dr. Anne Alvarez, MD Cardiologist, and Dr. Ellen McLeod MD of the Palliative Care Unit for their exceptional care.
A Celebration of Terry’s Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle NW, Calgary, AB), on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
