Condolences
So sorry Donna & family for your great loss.
All the wonderful memories of Lorne will always be with you. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Doreen & Bruce Phillips
May I offer sincere sympathy to you, Donna, on the passing of your husband Lorne. Your family is in a world of hurt and a sense of loss now and hopefully in time you will learn how to live with it. There are many happy memories to sustain you through this time. He is no longer suffering.
His siblings and their families will be feeling bereft as well. We are never ready to say goodbye to our loved ones.
Over the past 50+ years, as a friend of your sister-in-law, I have been able to be part of many celebrations.
Thinking of all of you at this time . May your family memories carry you through this hard time . He is now resting in Gods arms. Pennie Phillips
We were so sorry to learn recently of Lorne's struggle with cancer. We knew he had asked for privacy near the end so we respected his wishes. We know the time with Donna and his family were most precious to him. May your hearts be comforted now knowing we care and send our deepest sympathies to you, Donna, Zandra, Candace and "All Family". Jim will always cherish the special times with his favorite cousin. They spent many happy times together as young boys, teenagers and young men. Jim and I (Jan) will treasure good times as young couples and especially the trip we made to BC together. We will always remember when Zandra was born because Lorne was supposed to be our Best Man at our wedding but he needed to be close to Donna to welcome their first child. May he rest in peace.
