Hadn't heard about Tony's death until today. He was a close friend of my sister Barbara and was responsible for my interest in genealogy. He had more research data on English families in the Brome County area of Quebec than anyone.

I remember him as a Queen Scout when I was growing up in Knowlton. We had many telephone conversations over the years regarding genealogy. My condolences to his family and friends in Calgary.
