Obituary of Alec McDonald

It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Alec McDonald who passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the age of 72 years.
Alec was born in Vancouver, BC, on March 19, 1952. He was always smiling and was very loved by his family. He had an incredibly kind heart and had a love for sports, animals and music. He also enjoyed his time spent working in the Northwest Territories with his father, Jack McDonald, where they fixed and flew planes together.
Alec is survived by his daughter Marla (Jason), and five grandchildren. Alec is also survived by his sister Debra and brother Bryan.
Alec was predeceased by his mother Leila McDonald, his father Jack McDonald and his brother Martin McDonald.
A Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Graveside Service to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
