Honey Ava Robertson, born on November 24, 1943, in Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in Calgary, AB. She was a devoted wife to her late husband, Wayne Richard Robertson, and a loving mother to her five daughters, Tracy, Tina, Krista, Kim, and Rebecca. Honey was also cherished by her thirteen grandchildren.
Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Emily Hamilton, and her siblings Bobby, Holly, Robin, and Shirley. Honey leaves a legacy of love and faith. A devout Christian, she was a beloved member of Cochrane Alliance Church, where her warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.
Throughout her life, Honey was known for her sweet and loving nature, living up to her name. As a homemaker and bookkeeper for her husband’s business, she balanced family and work with grace and dedication.
Honey will be remembered for her generosity, faith, and the unwavering love she gave to everyone she met. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.
An informal celebration of Honey’s life will be held on her birthday, Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 261202 Valley View Rd, Calgary, AB. Flowers are welcome at this address.
