Fraser was a true scholar and contributor in everything he did. As I spent the most amount of time with Fraser these last 5 years, I will highlight some of my recent memories during this period.
Although his health five years ago was starting to deteriorate, he set a target to make it to his 80th birthday. Yes he made it happen.
From 2020 – 2023 he spent every August riding his bike 500km to raise money for Kids’ Cancer at Sick Kid’s Hospital and was a major funds contributor.
Fraser made sure our remote control flying club was well managed and was back on the Executive 2020-2023 before his health slowed down his participation. He also volunteered to cut the grass at the club and it was greatly appreciated.
Of course his love for remote control airplane flying was a great motivator to get outside, he was even able to fly this last year on his ‘good days’.
