Obituary of Gloria Sylvia Stocker

September 16, 1935 – Verdun, Quebec

December 22, 2024 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gloria Stocker of Calgary, AB, at the age of 89 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Caroline and Arthur, her husband Louis, as well as her many siblings.

She is the cherished mother of Wayne (Bonnie), Keith (June), and Grant (Lasha); and devoted grandmother to Scott (Sally), Kairis (Aaron), Sasha, Kyle, Natasha (Chris), Nicholas (Lynn), Amy (Tim), Amber, Ashley, and Connor. She will also be deeply missed by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, numerous relatives, and friends.    

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street N, Calgary, AB) on Monday, December 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the nurses and many staff for their wonderful support and care at St. Teresa Place, where Gloria lived for the last three years.
