Condolences
I had the pleasure of calling Ken my friend, through high school and SPC football, and remember in 1958 on the 1st play vs Nepean HS Ken ran for 55 yds ,it was amazing...He taught me how to play chess, and we decorated my bedroom,in style...He was a" special man" and loved life to the fullest...liked ...Irish whiskey Jamiesons and Black and Burley Pipe tobacco, and historical novels by Conn Iggulden ...It killed me to see him battling his disease..with a vengeance....
I shall always miss the Man that he was....he was my friend...

Ken and I were part of the Sandy Hill Gang (some said Mob!) Dave Maloney, Mike Smith, Ken Parker, Paul Howard, Gary Dubreuil, Mike Morgan, and, not of the Hill exactly, but close, folks like Greg Hart.
We played every day all year: football, baseball, road hickey
Ken was an excellent football player;(he and Dave Maloney et al., won four out of four city HS high school championships as Juniors AND Seniors. Dave and Ken were fullbacks and plowed through people.
He was asmart and simpatico guy, much loved.
We'll see him later.
Frank Daley
