Obituary of Lucille Marjorie BENTLEY

BENTLEY, Lucille Marjorie (nee Ilott) September 13, 1922 – Calgary, Alberta April 10, 2014 – Calgary, Alberta Lucille Bentley (nee Ilott), much loved mum and grandma, passed away at George Boyack Care Centre on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the age of 91 years. Lucille is survived by her children, Bob (Connie), Lorraine (Hans), Marilyn, and Patty (Ian); 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy (Harry) and Sharon (Roger); and brother Rollie (Cheryl). She was predeceased by husband Earl in 1993. Mum was born in Calgary and devoted her life to her family. She was a long time member of St David’s United Church. Her warm, caring spirit endeared her to all who knew her. She was a terrific mum! Memorial Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
