Condolences
We are so sad to learn of Janet’s passing away. Unfortunately I only learned of it late on Friday. I ran into Janet often shopping at Co-op and the last chance I had was when Sandy was here visiting her. I actually thought of her on thursday as I was shopping …. I wish I could have been at her memorial. She was a beautiful and loving woman. She will be missed by all who knew her. Thinking of you all at this very sad time.

Dear Rick , Corri , Sydni, Sarrah and
Family.
This day of Friday, March 21 I heard the devastating news about your Mom and myself, John and Eileen extend
our hearts and prayers on the loss of such a beautiful person, Mother and Grand Mother. May you find the
healing with each other, the children, and your family. We pray to our Lord that you heal without enduring heart-
ache for terrible amount of time-by looking into your daughter’s eyes and seeing their Grandmother’s reflection
of peeking back at you. Love and thinking of you in such time of great loss and sorrow.
Linda, John and Eileen
I miss you so much already, mom. You were my life-long best friend, confidanté and cheerleader. I love you so very much and you will live on in my heart, now and forever.. xx
Here is a poem:
Death is nothing at all
I have only slipped away into the next room
I am I, and you are you
Whatever we were to each other
That we are still
Call me by my old familiar name
Speak to me in the easy way you always used
Put no difference into your tone
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow
Laugh as we always laughed
At the little jokes we always enjoyed together
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was
Let it be spoken without effort
Without the ghost of a shadow in it
Life means all that it ever meant
It is the same as it ever was
There is absolute unbroken continuity
What is death but a negligible accident?
Why should I be out of mind
Because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you for an interval
Somewhere very near
Just around the corner
All is well.
Nothing is past; nothing is lost
One brief moment and all will be as it was before
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!

Janet’s beautiful smile, sense of humor and concern for others was always evident to members of the Pulmonary Fibrosis support group. Janet was a model of courage and dignity in the management of her illness. We will miss her and tenderly remember her.
Our prayers are with your family and with Sy at this time.
Sincerely,
Maureen & John Pysklywec
I would like to send love and light to the family and just say how honoured I was to get to meet Janet on my trip to Canada. Love David
