Condolences
Dear Murial Des and Family,
“Whoever came in touch with him would remember his positive outlook, his sense of humor, creativity and integrity.” I couldn’t agree more! I will never forget the time Coach B and I left TGC at Shattuck while Des and Shari ran a session. We wanted to go to Boston’s for a beer and apparently drove right by it, only to end up in Owatonna MN. We drove around for 30 minutes, eventually found it and had time for one. It was a good time. My sympathies to you Des and the family.
Dear Muriel and Des and family
We were saddened to read about Bill’s passing.
We hold fond “hockey” memories and some “ski” memories of our brief time together.
Bill was such a “fun” person to be around!
You will surely be in our thoughts and our prayers in the days ahead.

Dear Muriel,
We were saddened to learn of Bill’s passing. We will always remember our trip to Cape Cod and Florida in the early seventies. Bill was driving the rental car and we managed to get ourselves lost in Cambridge and, or course, we were all giving poor Bill different directions. However, we did get to the Cape and then flew on down to Florida. It was a great trip. Our paths haven’t crossed for quite some time but can remember when you lived on Jersey Avenue here in Mount Pearl. Our sympathies to you, Desi and all the family.
Sincerely,
Herb and Jean.
Muriel ,our thoughts and prayers are with you ,Des and family.Bill was a wonderful guy.We enjoyed so many laughs at the many parties and Engineers conventions in our early married lives!
May God give you strength at this difficult time.
With love
Sandra and Guni

Really saddened to hear of Bill’s passing.I have so many pleasant memories of our growing up in Port de Grave. Even though I was a little older, we played a lot of hockey and football–much of the hockey in the family hall. I am so glad I stopped by and had a long chat with you, Bill and Nancy on Nancy’s patio this past August. This will be one of my lasting memories. Wishing you the best as you go forward without Bill, knowing that your many pleasant memories will help sustain you. I will make a special effort to be at the Remembrance service at St. Luke’s this coming summer.
God Bless, RAY

Muriel, Des, & entire Christopher clan,
We are so very sorry to hear about the loss of “Coach B.” Our hearts are heavy, but we cannot help but smile when we remember our time spent with Bill. It was always a blast getting to spend time during his many visits to Minnesota. From trips to the rink for TGC, stops at B-Dubs, or nights at Des & Liz’ for Skip-Bo, Harmonica playing, and lots of laughs. A wonderful man, who will be missed by many. May you all find peace during this difficult time.
