Condolences
Lal, and children, I deeply symphatize with your loss, and I lost her too. I am always praying that you will stay strong in this moment of sorrow. Time did not give me the luxury of being with you.
Joy, I lost the only friend who called me “Ninang”. My heart still in sorrow and cannot accept that I lost you, Joy. Since last week I keep on rewinding the memories we shared together since I met you in 1984. You have always been there for me and my family. You were a person whom I never heard complain. You always have a positive outlook of life and bear everything in silence. A God fearing person, always to share whatever you have. I will always have a good and beautiful memories of your traces. And because you have lived life with such purity in heart, mind and soul, I believe that you are in His loving arms. Take rest my friend and inaanak, you have a space in my heart and will always remain there until I will meet you again. Thank you so much for making me your “Ninang”.
It is with great sadness that I have learned of the passing of Joy. I just had a short time knowing Joy when we were working at Bantrel in 2007. I was in the Process Dept. and Joy was in Civil. In spite of our different background of profession, we struck a good friendship. I was happy and proud to be her reference in her application to APEGA. Of course, since I only meet her for a brief time, I requested for her resume, academic background, and previous experiences. Reading all the qualifications she forwarded me, I was amazed to learn of her great scholastic standing, and very senior academic experiences. I immediately wrote an “exceptional” letter of recommendation to APEGA, and I believe within a couple of months she was registered as a P. Eng.
I am very happy to have became a “good” friend of yours. May you rest in peace and be in heaven!
