Colin, .... I'm so sorry I didn't know about this sooner.. you were a gem of a man! Hanging out with all of us in Calgary (Phil, Rob, Cesare, Kat... the list goes on)... putting up with our latin dance craze and the tomfoolery we'd indulge in! And yes, perhaps you even initiated a round or two ... Great memories of colourful conversation, your wicked humour, and a few acoustic sessions of Matchbox 20 and Hootie on those late late nights...
I'm sorry we never got a chance to get together here in Vancouver, and hope that wherever you are, you're still making smiles erupt with that beautiful laugh of yours! You're missed, and will forever be remembered my friend... love and light to you always xoxo
Colin! Such a kind, witty and fun man. I just want you all to know this: He touched many traders’ lives. He touched mine.
Many of you here may not know the great impact he had on traders around the world… but it’s true- he did. We are so grateful to have such a beautiful soul out there in cyberspace for us… sharing ideas, laughs, advice and – of course… his trademark quick-wit.
Congratulations, Colin! You won the game of life! Cheers to you!
Mr Jessup, what can I say. You were my first buddy I met moving here. We connected when we meet and had many adventures. We where both lads from the north and in a big city haha.. we lived together, we were brothers and best friends. I’m honoured to have known you and am sorry I was not there in your time of need, for that I’m sorry. I will feel terrible for that until I die!. You were such a great person, smart and kind.. and deserved better in life. I will always love and remember. God Bless my friend. Love Dave H.
Colin, you were one heck of a great guy. You had such an infectious laugh that made anyone smile and laugh along with you. From the days in school back home in Flin Flon to summer days at Jan Lake to parties at your place, there are some good memories I will treasure. Rest peacefully Colin.
Dearest Colin, somehow I hope this msg reaches you. Words cannot express the sadness within my heart when I think of you. Sadness because you left us too soon and sadness because I didnt get to say goodbye. My happiness will come when I get to see you, to hug and hold you and to tell you how much I loved you. Until then my dear brother whenever I hold a Teddy bear I’ll think I’m hugging you and I’ll be happy with memories of you. Rest in peace you big Teddy Bear.
Colin , we had alot of great times growing up . The best was that great new years party you threw at your house . Miss u bud.
Oh Coliano… am I ever glad we got a visit in not too long ago. What a terrible surprise you gave us all. I sure hope Pat met you when you got there, with a freshly cracked beer, or libation of choice, and that you get to celebrate your birthdays this week together. (and of course St. Paddy’s Day). Sure will miss seeing you in Calgary, and being blown away by how long it’s been since you’ve been back to Flin Flon. Thinking of you lots! Hoping your family finds some comfort on the positive impact you’ve had on SOOOOOOO many people!
Bob and Betty, so sorry to hear this. Many good Jan Lake memories!
He filled my heart with love, joy and laughter. He will forever hold a special apot in my heart. Not a day goes by I don’t think of him, and it brings a smile to my face, thinking of all the great times we shared together. As that’s all we had together!
I will miss his big laugh, warm loving spirit, his friendship, his hugs and being able to just pick up the phone to chat with my good buddy.
Love you Colin, Betty, Bob, sweet sweet sister and big brother.
Much love, sympathy and healing to you all.
Michella Klyne♥️
