Obituary of Eta Carmen RAAZ

1927 – Vienna, Austria 2013 – Calgary, Alberta Eta Raaz of Calgary, passed away following a lengthy illness, on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at the age of 86 years. Eta emigrated from Austria to Canada 1961. Eta lived a happy and full life; in her later years was married to her late husband business man Kurt Raaz. She graduated at the Olds College as a floral designer and active in their flower businesses; at the same time over the years also as a hostess at the former “Gasthouse Bar and Restaurant” in Calgary. After her husband passed away, she carried on in the flower business. Eta will be deeply missed but never forgotten by her close friends. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.
