Condolences
I was saddened to hear of your loss today while reading the alumni news of Madison High School, where Darlene was a cheerleader. I graduated 2 years before Darlene, but she made such a favorable impression on everyone even in the classes above her. She was a great role model with her positive and caring attitude. Darlene was a friend and will be missed by many in the Madison Mn community.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time.
We will always remember Darlene as a loving mother, teacher and friend to many. She was a ray of sun, always pleasant and smiling!
May she rest in peace.
Richard and Joan
We were very saddened to read of Darlene’s passing…she was a lovely person..always so very kind, thoughtful and generous to our daughter Stephanie when she was growing up.
Our sincere sympathy, Angelika and Ralph
Byron and Family,
From all of the Lunds at Lund Implement {Donald & Rita, Dennis & Char, Chris & Kim}, please accept our sincere sympathies. We will be purchasing commemorative luminaries in honor of Darlene at the upcoming local ‘Walk of Hope’. The proceeds go to the local Cancer Society.
Byron, we are sorry for your loss of Darlene. Our condolences to all your family! We will miss the funeral as we are traveling, but hope that a donation to the Ride to Conquer Cancer is an appropriate means to recognize her life.

There are no adequate words to express our deep sadness upon learning of Darlene’s passing. We are so very sorry we cannot attend on Wednesday, but certainly are thinking of you all.
We wish you and your family the peace and comfort which better memories bring – slowly, softly, with time.

Our sincere sympathies go out to you at this time. The loss you feel is beyond what others can comprehend, but may it be eased by beautiful memmories of your life together. Your tears speak of your deep love; your laughter sings to you of joyous times – both are treasures to cherish.

Dear Byron and family,
It was with great sadness that we learned that Darlene had passed away. She fought her battle against cancer relentlessly and with courage. She was a dear and loyal friend who brought a brightness into the lives of everyone who knew her. Darlene lived her life with a positive attitude and a lovely smile……she enriched the lives of all who knew her and she will be sorely missed. Please accept Warren’s and my most sincere condolences and take some small comfort knowing that our thoughts are with you at this time. It was a privilege to call her my friend…………with love, Cheryl and Warren.
We are thinking of your family during this incredibly difficult time, so sorry to hear of Darlene’s passing. Our hearts go out to you.

Dear Byron, Ryan, Jonathon, Eric & families,
We are so sorry and saddened to read of Darlene’s struggle with cancer and her recent passing. Our memories of Darlene are many as neighbours in Silver Springs and many visits to your Bearspaw homes. She was such a wonderful positive person, full of life and such a talented decorator and teacher. We know that your hearts will be broken with her loss but may your memories of her and your lives with her give you all strength in the days ahead. Blessings to all of you.
Sincerely,
Heather and Terry Sagan
