Obituary of Wilfrid Buck Eugene BALDRY

Buck Baldry passed away on July 20, 2013 at the age of 92 years.
Buck was born in Lethbridge and grew up in Coaldale. He enlisted in the RCAF in 1941 and served in WWII overseas in England and Burma. Once Buck arrived home he met the love of his life Bianca (Bea) on a blind date and they married in 1956. They moved to Calgary where they raised their daughters Denise and Jody. In Calgary he worked for his good friends Jim and Fred Tamagi at Bridge Brand Food Services for 30 years. Buck enjoyed staying active golfing with the FLC Seniors Club and meeting with the RCAF Air Gunners Association.
Buck is survived by his two daughters and son-in-law Denise Mills and Jody and John Shaw; four grandchildren Robyn Chamberlain (Darrell), Jordan Mills, Maddy Shaw and Keaton Shaw. He was predeceased by his wife Bianca (Bea) in March of 2011.
A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827 – 24th Street S.W., Calgary, AB) on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through . His daughters would like to thank the Trinity Lodge community for their friendships and sense of community extended to Buck. Also thanks to Unit 94 at the Rockyview General Hospital for their excellent care.
