Obituary of Linda CHOW

1934 – Canton, China 2013 – Calgary, Alberta It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful, sweet, loving mother Linda Chow (Pui Ling) on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the age of 78. Linda is lovingly survived by her children, Elvis (Donna) Chow, Sussie (Tai) Wong, Danny Chow, Fred Chow, Wanda Chow (Mark), and Hanna (Allan) Silverthorne; grandsons, Adam and David; granddaughter Ceanna; and many nieces and nephews. Linda was predeceased by her husband Eddie in 1984 Linda loved walking, gardening, travelling, and showed a zest for life that never waivered. She took on all challenges as they were presented with class and dignity. She loved to play mah jong with her friends for hours on end and was bitten with the travel bug later in life as evident in her globetrotting experiences with Danny. Linda had a penchant for the one arm bandits in Las Vegas. Linda’s smile and sparkle will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A Private Ceremony will be held.
