1951 – Chilliwack, British Columbia 2013 – Calgary, Alberta Earl Thomas Collins passed away in Calgary on Friday, May 10, 2013 at the age of 61 years. Earl is survived by his son Scott Collins of Barrie Ontario; parents Bernetta and Al Collins; sisters Carol Rudd (David), Mary Beth Buchanan (Mark); brother Terry Collins; niece Christine Sapuppo; and nephews Mark Rudd and Andrew Cooper.
