Obituary of John Wendelin GNAM

1931 – 2013 On Sunday, March 10, 2013, John Gnam passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the age of 81 years. Soft-hearted and humble, John devoted his life to his family, his God, and his fellow Jehovah’s Witnesses as a spiritual shepherd. John’s example of Christian service and integrity is a precious memory for his six children David (Judy), Dawn (Greg), Drew (Susan), Dae, Darren and Daniel (Charlene); twelve grandchildren, Jeremy (Kailey), Amber (Curtis), Ashley, Shane (Jade), Jenny (Aaron), Jared, Roxanne, Kyle, Bobby, Jacey, Jeorgia, and Joely and four great-grandchildren Mackenzie, Azaria, Phoenix and Isla. He is also remembered by his brother’s extended family, his sister-in-law Lorna DeBolt and her family, cousin Jean Ast, and David Seigo, husband of granddaughter Jacquelyn who died tragically one month ago. John was predeceased by his loving wife Lillian, his brother Frederick, and brother-in-law Roy DeBolt. Memorial Services will be held at the Calgary Kingdom Hall Centre (2900 – 14th Avenue NE) or the Regina Kingdom Hall Complex (2020 Van Egmond Place) on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
