Condolences
Dear Michele and family
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time of sorrow. Don was a source of inspiration at Deloitte who fought hard to the end. With deepest sympathy,Ken.
Dear Michele and Family,
Please accept my condolences and expression of sympathy in the passing on of Don. I knew Don during my time at Touche Ross (now Deloitte). He was a great Partner and human being who was dedicated to his clients, and the firm. As the Admin Partner, for a number of years, he worked hard at this role, in addition to his client responsibilities. I found that no matter how he busy he was, he always had time for you and his door was always open. Please take comfort in knowing that the memories you have of Don will help you during this difficult time and they will be with you forever.
May Don Rest in Peace. With deepest sympathy, Marino Giancarlo
Dear Michele, Lea, Ashley and Graeme, and Devin,
Our deepest sympathies for all of you on the passing of Don. Don and I were very close friends and we had some great times together playing hockey and camping. I will remember him as a great person and a great friend and will miss him dearly.
Love Maynard & Ginny
I would like to pass on my sincere condolences to Don’s wife Michele and Don’s family. For a number of years, I was Don’s assistant at Deloitte and very much appreciated working for him – he was a great man. He was a super man, and I know he will be missed.

Dear Michele and family; it was a privilege to provide even minimal assistance to you and Don during his illness. Trusting you are comforted in his peaceful passing even though he will be most sorely missed.
Kind regards, Joyce
Dear Michele & Family,
Our sincere condolences. I am grateful for having an opportunity to visit with Don just prior to his passing and I will always remember how his face lite up as he talked of his Grandchildren. He will be missed but the stories of his strength, intelligence and compassion will be shared in the years to come.
Love Jan & Bob
Dear Michele, Lea, Ashley and Graeme, and Devin
So, so sorry to hear of your great loss on the passing of Don. I only met him at the wedding, but saw how much he loved and cared for his family. What true gentleman. Only you know how much he will be missed. Even though you can not see the stars on a cloudy night they are still shinning, and so Don unseen will live on in your hearts.
Sincere sympathy, Frieda
To Ashley and your family,
My condolences on the passing of your father. May your memories of your time with him soften the blow. With sympathy, Marnie
I remember Don as one of nature’s gentlemen. Before meeting him in person, I knew him by reputation as a wonderful husband and father through my long friendship with Michelle, going back to our days at university. Despite his many medical challenges, he faced life with courage and dignity, always reaching out to others. He will be missed by all the people who had the privilege to know him.
Our thoughts are with the family and those who knew Don.
Truly a fighter, always a friend, and always looking ahead with a positive approach to life.
We will miss you Don!
Dear Michele; Lea, Ashley and Graeme, and Devin; Keltie, Connor and little Jamisey: We are very sad and sorry to learn about Don’s passing. How he loved all of you! That love will continue to be such a huge blessing in your lives, but, right now, just enlarges the gaping hole of his loss in your hearts. We share our support, sympathy and prayers with you, knowing that grief works its own way in its own time. We hold you in our hearts and hope you will feel some measure of comfort and peace in the caring concern of others. Love, Grant and Lorna Kvemshagen
