Dearest Condolences to family. I had the chance to work with Frank at NorthWest Hemo Dialysis for a few years, until he moved to Fanning. I really enjoyed Frank’s company, he was a very funny man, always teasing even when really sick. We had some good laughs. There was ‘something’ very special about Frank, a very tender heart and smart man. I know he would really agree with me… and then shake his head and laugh some more !
