Condolences
Deepest sympathies for Gails Family Gail was a very caring person Many fond memories
I just wanted to send my heartfelt condolences to Darin and Isa and the rest of Gail’s family. Gail was very kind and welcoming to me and always had a smile. She gifted our daughter with a stuffed elephant 1 Christmas, and that elephant became a huge part of our daughter’s life, always thinking of Gail when we talk about Elly. I will forever be grateful to her for her kindness and remember the many conversations we had while we were at the Trapper games and I will remember her always.
Although Gail & I had not seen each other often in many years, I had known & loved her since we were children of about 8 or 9 years old or maybe younger. She and her sister Beverly, her Mother Ella & Father Mel McEachern have always been close in my heart. I always felt she was the sister I never had. Even though we had not seen each other in years(because we were Army Brats), once we reconnected we sat down & chatted for hours like we had been together always. I wish I would be able to sit and chat with her once more. She will always be missed and loved by me. To her family, her sister Beverly, her son Darin her sons father Mel. her BFF Sandy Girard and all the rest of her beloved family please know how sorry I am for your terrible loss. Hopefully she will be waiting for us on the other side & we can all sit down & have great fun & chats again
How can you sum up in a few words, how you felt about your BFF of nearly 68 years? From 6 1/2 or 7 years old to nearly 75 years old? From dolls, to training bras, to boyfriends, to being each other’s Maid of Honours , to both having one beautiful son each, divorces, the highest highs and the lowest lows, ? When we were 10 we decided that when were old ladies of 65 that we would go to Vegas together, which I am happy to say that we did! We had hoped to go again for our 75Th, but God had other plans, for our Gail, who truly was an Angel on earth, always putting her needs aside to help those she loved most, me included. My deepest condolences go out to her wonderful Son Darin, she loved you so much and was so proud of you, to her wonderful Sister Beverly, and to Mel, Darin’s Father and her Dear friend always. See you on the other side my Best Friend Forever. All my love today, tomorrow and for eternity. Sandy and Family
I have been beyond lucky to know Gail for 53 amazing friendship years. We have been through tough times and good times together holding each other up and laughing until we cried. I know that you can feel the love from all those than have known you, Gail. Bev and Darin I am so very thankful to have had your sister and mother as the most kind and caring friend a person could every have had. Gail will be missed in my life. Love and hugs as always
Lynn
