Condolences
I first met Gracie in 2008. She was interested in a dog I was fostering. This was a very special dog and he needed to go to a very special person. Gracie was that special person, She came to my house to meet Lucas, this raggedy, mangy dog and fell in love with him. Gracie gave Lucas the best life for the next 13 years along with caring for so many other animals. Gracie, my life, as with so many many others were blessed to have known your beautiful soul. Missing you Gracie...
Dearest Gracie,
It has truly been an honour to have you as a friend in my lifetime. I will never forget your pure, authentic, loving soul, glowing, positive energy, along with your unconditional love for animals & people.
Your beautiful spirit will be missed by all, rest easy my dear friend
Until we meet again…
Love,
Jo Jo. (Joanne Heap)
To Gracie’s family, and all those that love her.
My heartfelt condolence to you all…
Gracie was truly one of the most caring, free, fun, loving, exciting, compasionate, selfless person I have ever know, We were instantly besties when we met in grade 10 (1984) My companion for so many life milestones, i am going to miss her daily calls, our deep conversations, our creative endevours, and discussing our van life dreams. I loved her with all my hert we were true soul sisters, probably made from the same star.
So sad to hear of Gracie’s passing we worked together for only a short time but she left a lasting impression. We didn’t talk often Birthdays or if we saw each other in the neighbourhood. Her spirit and fun nature made work a better place for me and all the others. She will be missed and my sincere condolences to all.
My condolences to Gracie and her family. My heart is shattered with this news. Our memories of Gracie will always be cherished. The most selfless person I know and an inspiration to everyone. I learned so much from you Gracie, my 2nd mom. You were a neighbor and a friend to me and my dad and you will never stop being one of my best friends. I love all of the times that we spent together. I would drive from Kamloops BC to come and visit you in Calgary many times over the last ten years. I have no regrets and love all of the things you taught me about life and jewelry and animals and I will try my best to always be there for Bailey and Jordy. I love you and your family like family. Love, your friend, Nicole Pears
