The better part of my 20's and 30's were spent with Mario. He was like my step father. He and my mother watched all of my 4 kids growing up. We spent birthdays celebrating at our restaurant every time. One year when my mom and Mario were were Puerto Vallarta I even flew down and vacationed with them, they would go every year. He loved going out and taking walks. Gonna miss you Mario. sorry we couldn't see you but we sure tried.

We were young once. I recall Mario and I skiing at Fortress Mountain on a day with deep powder. One of Mario's skis fell off and it took us several minutes of hunting through the snow to find it. Yes, we retrieved the ski, but we also sealed a memory that can bring a smile decades later.
