On behalf of the Kleysen Group and personally Tracey and I, we would like to express our heartfelt condolences on the loss of the matriarch of the Mullen Family. May your memories bring you comfort during this difficult time.
Our hearts are saddened by your loss, and our thoughts are with you. From everyone here at the Gardewine Group
Roland and family.
We are sorry to read of Leona’s death. We have so many years of memories of Leona. Starting as hockey parents in Lake Bonavista, driving to early morning practices and out of town games with one or other of our four boys. Also our recoveries from aneurysms in common. Times together at Windermere and our more recent memory of lunch at the golf course in Indian Wells. Leona was always upbeat and fun to be with. As life gets busy with children and grandchildren we regretfully don’t keep in touch with old friends
Our sincerest condolences. May she rest in peace.
Ann and Graham Smith and family

Aunt Leona was a bright light shining in this world. The thing I loved most about her, was her sense of humour. She was so personable, everybody felt at ease around her, & she was just naturally funny. I was always excited when mom told me that Aunt Leona & Uncle Roland were coming to visit, as I knew that many laughs would be had. I have many fond memories of Aunt Leona: cooking scrumptious feasts for family get togethers; playing card games; sharing holiday celebrations together; visiting in: Priddis, Windermere, Palm Springs, Las Vegas; people watching while trying our luck at casinos & trying to guess what strangers did for a living, good times for sure! I remember begging her to take me to the huge flea market in Palm Springs as well as the outlet stores (& she did, what a good sport she was), & sharing many laughs. Heaven gained an angel when Aunt Leona transitioned, and she'll be missed by all who had the fortunate experience of knowing such a great lady!
