As a friend of her son, I’d like to offer my condolences to the entire Fotter family. Terri was the most caring and genuine person that I have ever had the privilege of meeting. Yet at the same time, from what I could see, she was still tough and did not accept any BS from her kids. Even I was scolded a couple of times as a preteen brat. When we had our son, she was so happy for us! As happy as if it was one of her own grandkids and we got to share in one of her toasts.
We will miss greatly.
