Beulah was a kind and generous person. We moved to Calgary in 1986 and became members of Symons Valley United Church. Raising three children without family nearby could have been a challenge, but Beulah often came to our rescue.It was an honour to know her. Whenever possible I will try to help others as did Beulah. And it is always possible. I looked through my photo albums but had no pictures of Beulah. But I did find one of her desserts in my recipe book. Much tastier than Prisoner’s Dessert ! Hopefully I can upload it.
