Incredibly saddened to hear of Tracy's passing. My love and condolences go out to her family, who I know she loved deeply. I worked with Tracy at the city of Calgary for 3 years waaaaaay back, but she has forever stuck in my mind as a friend and beautiful human. She constantly made me laugh, and was just a say it how it was kind of person who I genuinely appreciated and respected. My heart breaks for her family as know that she will be forever survived in memory by so many.
