Leider haben wir die Nachricht vom Tod meines Bruders erst spät erfahren.

Da auch ich ( Efemia Anton > Schwester )die Trauer verspüre, obwohl der Kontakt in der Vergangenheit nur telefonisch war, kann ich allenfalls erahnen, wie groß und schmerzhaft Euer Verlust sein muss .

We are very sad to hear about this loss, our grandpa/father used to phone with Andrew sometimes. They had long conversations about their “earlier” life in the Ukraine.

He grieves for his uncle, they both were born in Karlsruhe, Ukraine.

On behalf of the Renner clan, so sorry to hear of your loss. We should have met, but alas time ran out. We lost Andrew’s cousins, my Aunts Emma in her 80’s and Madeline at 92 this summer, two last remaining daughters of Rochus and Ottilia (Ebenal) Renner, who was a daughter of Veronica (Anton) Ebenal sometimes listed in places as Veronica Lee Anton. We only have one precious uncle from that generation left. John. God bless.

From the first time we met Andrew in the 1970’s and after that at family social occasions, we always liked him and admired him. He was jovial, full of good humour, caring and honest. The world will be a sad place without him.

To his children and extended family we offer our sincere condolences and our prayers are with you all at this sad time.
